Monthly Goal - Check In

So...what about you?
***We are getting close to the end of February - time to start thinking about your March goals. It should NOT be weight related. It can be financial, exercise, water, carbs, protein, vitamins, mind/spirit, taking a class, finishing a class....whatever. Establish the goal...establish a non-food reward....write them down...be accountable......meet the goal....receive the reward.

Ya know...that's the nice thing about goals...if you don't meet it, it's ok. Just learn from it and move on. Maybe the goal was too challenging. Maybe you weren't in the right mindset.
It's ok..... So...now you know what you need to fix to meet your goal next month. Hope you are feeling ok......
