Another WOW moment!!

I went to the YMCA yesterday to work out and i've been going there for 13 months, when I joined i weighed 260lbs... Well the man at the front desk scanning key cards welcomed me and said good morning and then stopped and said Malissa you've lost some weight it's time for a  new picture, I was like thank  you, and then I asked him if I could see the picture on the computer screen and I almost didn't recognize myself.. OMG what a difference a year and gastric bypass surgery makes. And next week we are making our first trip of the year to Busch Gardens, I'm so looking forward to riding roller coasters and fitting in the seats!!! Hope everyone has a great weekend... ♥Missy

Congratulations Missy!!!  How exciting to have someone notice a diffenrence.  Yay to Busch Gardens.  Maybe we should plan a large get together for us on the Board to meet up there sometime this summer:)  Justa thought.  Marion

Congrats Missy! Wonderful news there. I was doing a memory lane thang this am with pictures. Its certainly an eye opener. The ONLY thing I seem to recognize is my eyes and smile from the beginning until now. I'm hoping to undergo more changes here shortly. Take care & all best......

it expires in June so I figured i'd wait out another few months, the guards must seriously not pay attention, because i so don't look like that anymore..

Isn't that a great feeling?!!!  When people don't recognize me I just love it!  I don't really like roller coasters but just to be able to sit in the seats and KNOW the belt or bar will close and not cut me in two may make me just go on one just because i can lol!!
