I wore pants with a 4 in the size

I have been wearing my old jeans (size 60) for months, just tightening my belt. My next lowest size was a used pair of 48s that at a fellow OHer from Dallas sent me. I took a walk in them today. They were a little snug - but far, far better than the "clown pants" I have been wearing. I cannot remember the last time I wore pants that started with a 4 (unless you count 4x). Joe

Thanks, Jackie. I am down 102 lbs, with not a lot of change in the past couple of weeks. I am trying to change some old habits - walking more and farther, and doing a little weight training. Joe

OK, I take it back. This morning I was down another 2 lbs. Perhaps my body decided that if I was willing to stop wearing the size 60 jeans it would continue to drop weight. lol Joe
