So I run like a Girl....now keep up!
I have a question. Is it normal to feel a little dizzy afterwards? I'm fine while I'm walking, but as soon as I turn it off, I feel light headed. Weird! Anyway, then I got on the recumbent stairstepper that works arms as well & did that until I'd burned 100 calories! That's 1450 steps!! I was ready to do another mile on the treadmill but they wouldn't let me.
I hate being held back but I guess I understand why, even if I don't like it. So yeah...I got my bootie workin' today!!! woo hoooo!!!! RIGHT ON!!! I am SO proud of you! You did great! That's quite the workout!!!!
As for feeling dizzy - it could be for a number of reasons. I would ask the staff while you are there - they may need to monitor you, because it could be something as simple as you are either working too hard (easy to fix), or need to get your bearings (like when on a ride at the park) or something serious. Let themknow before your next workout so they can monitor you. But...you did GREAT!
