So I run like a Girl....now keep up!
Oh my I did not know that walking on the treadmill could really tired you out. Yes I got a treadmill and I walked on it for the first time and did 20.5 mintues, 93.2 calories buned and 0.62 miles about 1/2 mile or so and now I guess I will rest until I have to go to work. I was walking at the rate of 1.9 whatever that means I will understand all of this in due time. If anyone has any ideas about what to do to stay on longer let me know I was getting out of breath. I guess I was going to fast. I will do somemore tomorrow and the rest of the week. I plan to continue this and see what happens.
