What Are YOU Doing To Move Today???
So....what are YOU doing to move today???
Me? I will be outdoors in the sunshine. I'm planning on running 4.5 miles today, some ab work, arm work and stretching.

I hear ya! I cannot WAIT for UKROPS!
Yesterday, I did my fastest 4 mile run....avg pac was 10:00 per mile. And I was smoking in many areas of my run (got scared that I would run out of steam so I slowed down....mind over matter).
I'm walking most of next week in preparation....if I can hold myself back - haha.
