Let's see....
Sunday I ran 7 miles - I was WIPED when I was finished, but I did it!
Monday - I did the ellipticle for 30 minutes and then walked the dog for 5 miles. Burned LOTS of calories!
Let's see, today, the calendar says that I am to run 5 miles. So, that's the plan!
