4 Years ago today , I had Gastric Bypass Surgery. A decision that I am so glad I made. Along my journey I have been blessed beyond words of the friends that I have made here. I have met so many people along my journey . I have made so many friends and with out this board and many others , I would not have come as far as I have today. I feel a true connection to you all . The moments that we have all shared are forever ! You all will always be my sisters and brothers in weight loss, as we all have walked the walk . Never give up . Oh sweetie, can I be first?! Or will I be so damned long winded I end up 2nd.....3rd.....

I am blessed to have known you........to have you there at the start of my journey. To have someone that knows what its like, to guide me, encourage me, give me wisdom....... I remember when I first met you in person....CIP......Fredricksburg.....we didnt really talk, but after that day, we couldnt shut up! I looked up to you sooo much, I was early in my journey, and you just took the time and showed me the ropes, showed me what life could be like because you were living it....and for that I am grateful........ I know things have been hard over the past year, but know I always am here for you.......there are a select few I can say this to, and you are one....... Happy Surgiversary!!!

When you called me last night , my heart was totally in joy ! It is like our connection is so unspoken. You my dear have been such a joy in my life. Just like we talked about last night , one that will always be here. No matter what ! I love you , and have so enjoyed being a part of YOUR life too . This night , I will never forget , is one of the many reasons I love you !
