Okay folks only a couple of days to go - the excitement is killing me!! I can't wait to see you all..... some more info and requests? Where are all your before and after pictures????? Come on now - I know you have more than I have been sent....these are SO inspirational to others not so far out - even if you want to send me "before: and "still working on it " pictures that would be great too... let others see how you are progressing - be proud of your success! Email to [email protected] Don't worry about the weather - if it is too hot we can stay inside or if we are out and it rains we can all stay inside - no matter what we will get by! This weather never knows what it is going to do next - so let's make sure it does not rule us for that day! Plus we have a couple of tents - one for food and one fo ranyone who wants to hide in it lol! Don't forget you can bring a friend or spouse too - let them see that eating healthy does not have to be boring This is a health seminar too - so if you want to drink alcohol please bring your own as we won't be serving it............. If you are newly post op- let me know if you need anything - we have a bullet here so you can mush everything up....... We will have plenty of fluids for everyone - so don't worry about dehydration..... Can't wait to see what side dishes you all bring! The action starts at1pm - be there or be square! Jackie
