What Are YOU Doing To Move Today???

Good Morning Fitness Fanatics!

Time to get up and shake those cobwebs from our bones......take a deep breath and stretch out those wearly muscles.  Let's get the blood moving!

Looks like a nice day here at the beach....temp wise at least.  Great walking weather.  I can feel Fall right around the corner.

So...what are YOU doing to move today???

me?  Let's see....ellipticle for 40 minutes during lunch and a 5 mile run tonight after I get home.  Well...that depends on the chiro appt.  My sciatic nerve has just sent me over the edge and I am finally going to go and have it taken care of.  But...the goal is a quick 5 mile run to work out the kinks he leaves behind (should not be any....).

Going to the gym for 30 mintues on the treatmill for cardio and working my upper chest and arms. Starting to like this.
