But with extremely good reason. Steve and I are expecting a baby due next April. We have nicknamed him or her "frogger" for now, but names will come. Just wanted to share our good news with you all, our second family!

Congratulations! How old is your daughter? I have been thinking we may try again in a couple years but Alex is 7. I am so happy for you. April is a great month to have a baby. Don't have to go through the summer being preggo. Congrats again!

Thanks, Brooke. Kara is 13...will be 14 in December. We are really starting all over. We have nothing left from Kara's baby days and even if we did it would pass the "five year" mark. So we are starting new. I am really excited about it this time because since I had Kara so early (5 and 1/2 months) I never got to experience a "real" pregnancy (I was too fat!) and I never had a baby shower or anything. I am positive things will be different this time! Yep, in my opinion you should wait at least two years post op. That's what Dr. Hutcher recommends, too.

Thanks so much! I had a feeling that it would be that way but at least Kara is happy and wanting to help some. Hopefully it will just bring us all closer than we already are as a family!
