I hope things start to go better for you this week. I am one of the newbies/lurker types. I find for myself that I don't post too much until I get a feel for people and the tone of a board. I read alot of the posts though. I posted a bit in the protein thread you mentioned - protein is a sore spot for me so it was something I was really interested in. I don't really know how to explain it but for me, for a while, I tend to lurk more. And to be honest, I don't go on the main board much at all because it seems there is often alot of drama and I'm not here for drama - I'm here for support and to learn.
I noticed you mentioned you are from CT. Where about? I lived in Clinton (shoreline) for 5 years, I got my BA at Southern. My parents still live there and I have alot of friends up that way. I try to make it home a few times a year - sometimes I really miss being only 5 minutes from the beach.
Anyway, I hope this week finds you in a better place!
Lurker here. I'm posting. Will be having my surgery soon, I hope. I love reading the posts here and am an absolute addict. I love watching all of your journeys. I am feeling very alone right now with some personal stuff and feeling like there is no one around to talk to. Blah. I'm blabbering. Anyway, hi again everybody. :)
