Onederland today

199.4 this morning. Finally...no more 200's. My size 16's are starting to get a little loose. I feel really great...and I'm so glad I had the surgery.

Lately I have been reflecting on things. And at this time, I am happy with my life. I feel good, my marriage is better than it has been in a long time, I have 3 great kids, a fabulous church, okay job, finances are steady. I have nothing to complain about. Today...life is good.

Hi Penny, that is great news about your weight loss. You're doing great.  God is awesome I believe he has all things planned out for us. I admire your faith in him.

Great job,Penny! I know that you are thrilled. We had our surgeries about a month apart, mine about a month earlier than yours, and I've lost 80lbs as well. I started fitting in 14s about the time I hit193 or so if that gives you an idea to look for. I have been a slow loser due to physical problems that do not permit me to exercise as others do, but I'm doing the best that i can by simply eating right. If I didn't lose another pound i know that it would still have been worth it for me to have had this surgery. As you say so gracefully, Today, life is good. Thank you. Pam

I think I'm a bit of a slow loser. I really need to increase my exercise as well.
