I had my first pre-op appt and I am officially on mushies! My first "meal" is green chiles flavored refried beans with a dash of Fage and a sprinkle of cheese! Let's hope it goes well!!!!!

Thanks so much. The refried beans went down well - although it took so long for me to eat it that it got cold!! I think I am a little hypersensitive to taking tiny bites - I swear it was halfway digested before it left my mouth

! I am thinking about scrambled eggs for dinner - but who knows. Right now I am actually a little scared to eat, but I am sure I'll get over it quickly!

Being scared to eat is normal and it does take a while to get over. Scrambled eggs never agreed with me but I love eggs over easy and then mashed to a pulp! Take things slow and easy and remember...it is trial and error. If something agrees today...it may not agree tomorrow and vice versa!

I have hummus in my fridge ready to go. I think after drinking so much "cold" stuff I just wanted something warm. But it's definately on my go to list! Along with those Ricotta Cheese Cups that have been posted - those look delicious!!!!
