Snow!

So, is there a high protien, low carb recipe for snow cream??

 LOL don't know but this sure made me think about my dearly departed mom this morning!  She loved making snow cream!

Never heard of snow cream what is it? I was born and raised in Pa. and never heard of it.

I've used lowfat milk,equal,vanilla,a scoop of vanilla flavored unjury protein powder and of course snow, and it turns out pretty good. Love the stuff! Pam
