Don't let your slowdown in weight loss get you depressed! Sooner or later, the lbs will start to drop off again. I tell myself this everyday as I see myself still stuck at basically the same weight for almost a month. Hopefully, the tide will turn again soon and it will happen. But as I look around the forums, I see people getting down because it's the holiday season. WHY??? This is the time of year for CELEBRATION and HAPPINESS with friends/familty. So, get out off your pity pot and SHARE YOUR BLESSINGS with those who are not as fortunate.
