I just ate 1/2 cup of SF chocolate pudding made with chocolate Micellar milk (delicious by the way!!), but it took me an hour of taking small bites to eat it all.  I just puttered around in the kitchen and did laundry and kept coming back for another bite.  I feel very satisfied and full, and hopefully with keep me for three hours or so. I can eat 4oz tops! if it is protein only I can get 3.5oz... I get full quicker with proteins rather than veggies.. and lets not talk about carbs, I can eat them forever! it is completely weird...

I am right around 4 - 6oz on average.   Yesterday for lunch I had a hamburger patty and was only able to eat about 2-3 oz.  It mainly depends on the type of food for me and how fast I am eating.  I always go for protein first and never eat pasta or rice, etc., but do have m&ms...  since I have a sweet tooth. As far as bites go, probably about 5-10 and I'm done.

There isn't a set amount for me. It depends on when I last ate, how much I've had to drink, and what it is I'm eating. I can eat well over half a cup of something mushy like soup, chili, pudding, etc... If it's solid food, like chicken breast or fish, I couldn't eat near that much. I never measure food out or weigh it, I just try to judge by the blob.
