Is Egg Nog 10 after surgery OK ?

EVERYTHING SMELLS SO "F**KIN GOOD !!!   Gatta vent !!!  How do I turn Christmas eve dinner into a form I can suck threw a straw ???

Eggnog, without the sugar and alcohol, is just milk with flavorings

Turkey broth is good, or blend everything up

This happened to me at Thanksgiving... I was on a liquid diet.  The turkey broth was awesome.  It is amazing what you can do with a blender.... won't look pretty, but it will taste good.... thin some mashed potatoes down with gravy and a little turkey.... and you'll be good. Eggnog has protein!  Just go for the "light" eggnog.
