Jay i also do what ros-mari does and i want to tell you that it's out of some sense of propriety and respect for my sleeve, that's what i wannna say,  can't.   it's process of elimination.  my angel described it this way, post sleeve if you don't give your body the type of foods it needs, beginning with protein and water you'll wither like a flower until you consume those things and then just like the flower that's had the water, you'll spring back to life.  may not be true for everybody, but in my case she was right.  i can start my day with starbucks and a donut but i don't feel good when i do.  can i tolerate it? absolutely, is the desire for it worth the trade off of foamie feelings? n'uh uh.   it's not a structured plan but if you know you're supposed to have 70 grams of protein per day, but the time you've done what you're supposed to for your body, there's literally no room to do what you want to.  eat protein, vegetables, fruit, drink water.  i don't cook either, you can do it.
