Upper back pain hunger pains?
I am now almost one month out. I have started noticing that these bad upper back pains, which I never had before surgery, happen the worse in the morning before I eat. As soon as I eat they go right away. Is this hunger pain for me? I know many have said we all get different signs for hunger and mine seem to be this nawing back pain. Anyone else have this issue. The pains are exactly behind where the stomach is. It also happens in the evening right before bed, but a cheese stick seems to cure the pain. Just wondering if I am different or if this pain will eventually quit as time goes on. Thanks for all assistance with this.
I had surgery the day after you. I have had lots of pains like that but I think it was acid in my tummy. My doc increased my acid reflux meds and I cut all preservative acids out of my diet. Citric acid, Malic acid and Stearic acid and I am a bit better.
In addition to the hunger pains I had acid burn in my mouth, tongue and throat that caused aggrevated eustation tubes and fluid behind my ears.
Hope you feel better soon
