Wasa Crispbread - Do you eat it?
I eat a few of these crackers almost everyday. Serving size is 8 crackers. Each serving is 5 protein and 12 carbs (8 net or, 1 carb per cracker). I buy the sunflower cheese flavor.
I try to keep my carbs around 20 per day but usually have enough left for a few of these crackers in the evening.
