Health Rider S150 Treadmill available again...FREE!

I posted this once before in June but the taker was unable to find room for it.  I still need to get rid of it ASAP.

I have a Health Rider S150 treadmill that I need to get rid of.  I have bad knees and plantar fascitis and walking just isn't cutting it.

I have my Wii Fit and I can use that a lot better plus my Bow Flex.

It is the kind that folds up when not in use and has a wide soft cushion walking belt.   It has waterbottle holder, accessory tray, reading rack, powder incline buttons, speed buttons, LED displays and manual and preset options. The advanced console offers a selection of features designed to make your workouts more enjoyable and effective. When the console is in the manual mode, the speed and incline of the treadmill can be changed with a touch of a button. As you exercise, the LED matrix and the four displays will provide continous exercise feedback. The console also offers four preset workout programs. Three programs automatically control the speed of the treadmill and one program automatically controls the incline of the treadmill as they quide you through effective workouts.

PM me if you can come and get it and haul it away.

Whoops! Better add how big it is....

The base is 32" X 26" folder up.  The width of the arms from side to side is 36".  The carpeted tread part is 20" (plenty wide for my chubby thighs).  The tread is 50" long. Side bars for balance.

Say Margo, Can shipping be arranged? I live in Idaho, but the cost of shipping may be worth it. Is that feasible? Cathie

I have a similar treadmill and it would be very hard to pack it and ship it.  It would have to be taken apart by someone who knows what they are doing, professionally packed, and shipped.  I don't think you'd find it cost or time effective on either end.  I think it would be more expensive than you'd think.

You might try looking to see if you have a "Play it again.... something" chain in your area.  They have used treadmills that are quite affordable.  You can also get them on sale this time of year.  Nobody wants to go running when it's still hot out.  As soon as the weather starts turning cold the sales may well stop.

Thanks, for the info. I do have an older one that has crapped out on me and the repair bill isn't worth it. My birthday is on Saturday, and I have a few hints out. I like to use a treadmill with my walking CDs which makes the time go by very fast. The weather here is pretty cold a lot of the time and I'm a fair weather walker.

Every time you post this, I think "dang, I wish I was a treadmill user." Your treadmill sounds awesome but I'm more into the reclining bike.

do you have anything like freecycle in your area, a yahoo group, where people give away things they no longer need.
