Food stuck in chest cavity

I take papaya enzymes but I'm not convinced they do anything. Drinking water makes it worse for me.

Also, my body goes crazy making saliva and then I have that trying to get into my full stomach making everything worse too. So I'll go in the bathroom and spit up the big gobs of foam. Sometimes that's all it takes to feel better.

I have yacked up what I've eaten if 10 min. passes and I still don't feel good, but I try not to do that as I think it's a slippery slope.

It's like we have to learn how to eat and drink all over again.  I'm getting that and I'm still on liquids.  It's like I have to concentrate and pay attention instead of just guzzling or in the case of food shoveling it in.    I mostly have only gotten the tightness in the chest feeling and not anything else but mind you I haven't tried to eat yet!  Stay tuned folks.
