I can eat only three- now I just want to mention for those of you concerned about your tummy size I always find it fascinating that I seem to have the largest bougie I have seen used on these boards a 48F and yet I can still only eat three chicken nuggets HHMMM I guess that is whay I am such a strong advocate of it does not matter the size just whether it is working for you and I think alot of it is in the head.
Sorry I just had to throw that out there cuz I always feel bad for those people worrying that they got too big of a bougie.

Cheers ya all

Hmmm...for all the "junk" I do eat, I can't remember if I've tried this yet.  I'm guessing 3 to 3.5, especially if I don't eat any fries.  The McNuggets would probably go down okay if I used plenty of sauce, but fries always seem to make me feel pukey.

Have a great day!

Thanks for the responses.  I am assuming that it is because I am so early out but I can only eat 1 at a time and then maybe 45 minutes later I might be able to eat another one.  I am only a little over 2 months out but all along I have felt like my capacity is a little smaller than others and it is very dissasisfying when I am eating something I enjoy and can only take a couple of bites.  But its working.  I am very happy with the weight loss.  I guess I can't have my cake and eat it too.  If I could eat more I wouldn't be losing the weight like I am.  Just wanted to know if this was even close to normal for other people.  Thanks for the input guys.

Yeah, the not being able to keep eating something you're enjoying is hard.  I've just gotten to a place where I'm not struggling quite as badly with that as I was in the beginning.  Don't worry; it gets easier (in a way).

Cheers!

I know this is a silly question but I can't help but wonder:  If you get chicken nuggets from McDonalds how many can you eat in one sitting?

Probably 2.5... maybe 3?  I did get a Happy Meal once since being sleeved and I do recall that my dog ate more than I could.  She's 12#.  :o/

I tried to eat some from Wendy's the other day and I ate 2.5 and a bite of chili.

3 to 3.5 and my stomach dosen't take the deep fried very well.  Tried it once and haven't again...4months out.

Last time I was there, 2. I could probably eat more now but I found out each one has only 3 g of protein! So now I get a grilled snack wrap and don't eat the tortilla.

Funny, but I had them for the first time tonight.  I was able to eat three of them, and the other 5 are in my fridge.
