No loss ; ; And I think I lost 2lbs on Monday because I had a quick stomach bug. Not sure what to do at this point but track and push fluids/protein/exercise.

this week 186 I need to really up my excerise I have been slacking this couple of weeks but if I want to be at goal by my b-day next month I have to really focus ,, pray for me ya'll
