Honestly I cannot say enough good things about him.  He was a wonderful surgeon..I knew I was in competent hands.  You could have alittle trouble communicating with the night nurses...I speak alittle spanish so I was okay.  But Dr. A's english is better than mine..LOL.  There is a nurse that speaks english (christina) shes with you during the day.  You cant go wrong with Dr. A.
