How many Cals??

At about 4-5 weeks out, my local NUT suggested getting 700-800 cal on average. I still tend to be in the 675-850 range.

Can you drink milk with your shakes Mandi? That would help boost the amt of protein and the number of calories you're getting in.

At 3 weeks, I was getting maybe 4-500 cal as I was still doing mostly shakes and they were 200-250 cal/shake (and 15g on avg so getting 45-55 g of protein/day).
