Buffalo Hump (fat on back of neck/shoulders)

Ha!  Who knew it had a name and I wasn't the only one who had it?!?  Notice I said "had" :)  I noticed a month or 2 ago (could be gone longer, just noticed then) that it's basically gone.  Confirmed just now for you with hubby.  He said I'll always have a bit of a bump as it seems my neck is on a slight angle to my body rather than straight up and down (and I can feel a bone there too) but it's 1000x better, doesn't look gross anymore (I HATED HATED HATED it).

So hold off on the lipo and save it for somewhere more important :)

Help me! .. How did you get rid of it?

Mine is gone to the buffalo hump ranch in the sky.  In fact, as I've lost this weight, it came off so differently than when I just dieted.  My upper body is lean and muscular like it never has been.

Oh I had one! And a lipoma on my back too. Both are gone. They were the first things to go. It's awesome. Don't do the lipo now, see if it will disappear post op. You can always do the lipo after.

 

edited to add: oops just realized this is an old post - so this is probably irrelevant. But anyway, maybe it will help someone reading now.

mine has lessened for sure.  but turns out that a lifetime of looking at the ground (in shame or for safety) has resulted in one of my neck vertibrae going wedge shaped.  so i think i'll always have a hunchback look.  but wth, i'll learn to swing from church bell ropes and it'll all be good.  ;)

its true...she not pullin' yer leg...its gone..she used to be my little cute chubby...NOW, shes my sexy momma...well, A sexy momma...not MY sexy momma...that didnt sound right!
