2 year update ..portrait of a heavyweight ..a bit late

Ok here is some of the changes I have gone though in the last 2 years....its been an amazing ride for sure but not one without challenges. I am 29lbs to goal before plastics and though I am on the last stretch of my journey I still have to remind myself I am not finished now or ever. I have to keep my eating in check and at the same time I have to eat to keep myself healthy. I am so happy that I can do this...in the following pictures you will see that I couldnt before with all my other health components get the weight off....sleep apnea PCOS/insulin intollerence major thyroid deficiency not to mention fibromyalgia and full spinal arthrits. 2 years ago i could never have walked all over NYC and Philly i could barely walk across my salon.

VSG is good for a lifetime...I was stalled for 9 months and miraculously started losing again...and am still losing. I couldnt expect the weight to fall off magically...i was a heavyweight with a bmi of 58. I am ok with this because THIS TIME its going to be off of me for good. My tool will not forsake me as long as i dont forsake ME!!

You are going to love your VSG sugar.....big girls take a bit longer to get it off so make sure you take advantage of the first 6 months....follow the rules and remember to drink your water!! U are a stunner just think what you will look and feel like when u are at goal!!

I'm looking at your stats and all I can think of is that I have a good friend that weighs 142 pounds and that's how much you lost. You are a role model for many of us here.   And I must say, I love the Levi's jeans pic too! Congratulations and before you know it, those 29 lbs will be history. Keep up the great work!

Girl u are losing like a wildwoman u are going to lap me in no time lol...see we have the same starting BMI....take total advantage of your 6 month window and stay on track...u will be down in no time!!
