Maybe you could try making a thinned out vanilla protein shake with some cinnamon in it. It won't be exactly the same but you might trick your taste buds a little bit :)

I've never heard of it but someone posted a recipe for creama. It reminds me of old fashioned cream pie filling but thinner. I made it with splenda and added protein powder and it was like a thick milk with a cinnamon flavor. At makes quite a bit but I only had about 3/4c at a time.
2 1/2c skim milk
2 egg yolks beaten
1/2 scoop of protein
1/2c splenda
1/2 t salt
1/2t butter
1t vanilla
bring it to a boil add a little cornstarch to thicken slightly. Let it cool and sprinkle with cinnamon. I think it's yummy and maybe not as many carbs.

Mmmmm... this takes me back in time! No way I'd drink it out of a carton though(I used to drink it from my fave Mexican Restaurants! I guess it's like any other high carb, high sugar drink(margaritas, my fave) you'd have to drink it with caution and only every now and again. I'm not banning anything completely EVER from my menu.
