I did quite a few egg flips (skim milk, egg, vanilla essence) in the liquid stage after leaving hospital.
What about steak tartare (?? think that's what it's called anyway)? Think it's like seasoned mince with a raw egg on top.
I have also previously had raw egg as a dipper with a chinese type steam boat. Basically a chicken stock left to simmer and you cook small pieces of food in it at a time. As you remove the food you dip it in a sauce or selection thereof- e.g. raw egg, soy or hoisin sauce. Generally enjoyed with a group of friends sitting around the pot cooking small pieces of food. At the end enjoy the stock from the pot. Yum!!!

The only way I could drink a raw egg is to have it in a 'bloody mary' for the morning after. And, I would have to be, still three sheets into the wind.
