Ramen noodles
Boil water and dissolve the ramen powder like you would if you were going to drink it, but don't drink it. Remove it from the burner and let it cool. OMG, the congealed fat! There's a reason ramen noodles are 400 calories a pack, and it's not all due to the noodles. (Plus there's the salt, which you already know about.) You'll never touch the stuff again once you've seen it cold.
