Couldn't have said it better myself!
Can't say that the idea of plastics hasn't crossed my mind cause I never really feel comfortable with my shirt off. Now I just look like a raisen...but a healthy raisen! I'm going to try some basic weight training this coming year. Couldn't hurt, right?

Exercise is absolutely the best thing to do to maintain as youthful appearance as you can have, given your age whatever it is (you look young). Many times you can look at the before and after pictures and figure out who exercised and who did not............for those who did not exercise size changed but shape may not have changed much. That said, exercise can help minimize your excess skin but some of us will still require plastics to get to the point where we want to be. I was at goal weight for almost a year before I had plastics and one of the main reasons I had them was because that excess skin was a constant reminder of where I had been and I did not want or need that reminder. Good luck to you!..............Barb
i'm so sorry Mrs G. ... hahaha! sorry Mr. G. i couldn't help myself... tonight is my "be a smart-ass (or dumb-ass) night"
