im talking about what you eat but just doesnt sit right...for me?  RICE...and extremely greasy foods...hash browns, french fries, etc...i mean i used to kill a plate of steak fries...i know, im not supposed to be eating those things anyway...and i try not to...and im getting better...but im human...and the discipline part of this is SOOO difficult for me...

and if you wanna post a smart*ss answer like "four mcdonalds double cheeseburgers"...or "2 lbs of fudge" or "gallon of rocky road"...or "a trough of this", etc...go ahead bessie...i can take it...especially with all the goodnatured ribbin' i give everyone else...the wife says i can di**** out but cant take it...i beg to differ...

so, pray tell...whats yours?

The two things I thought would be my go-to staples for quick and easy protein:  eggs and tuna salad.  Can't even do a couple of bites.

lol...you're so funny!

Every now and then rice or tomato based sauces just don't sit well.....but that's about it!

4 double cheeseburgers sound reaaaaaaaaally good today...but they just taste nasty. lol...I completely despise the taste of fast food now...even the danged little chicken nuggets! Still SOUNDS good though!

I'm only 4 weeks out so I don't have a lot of experience with "real" food yet...but so far I can't tolerate eggs and rice. (these were two of my favorites before surgery...sigh)

Sugar.
I get horrible stomach pains from even a bite of candy or dessert. It sucks and I sometimes feel like a 3 yr old about to have a tantrum because I know if I have a bite I'll be in pain for hours... (I know this from experience now- several times now)....

Milk.
Same stomach pains. Not lactose intolerant because other milk items dont bother me, only plain ice cold delicious milk....

Thick Protien shakes.
They sit like a ball of lead in my stomach. I've tried many different brands and none of them agree with me.

Anything fast food except chicken nuggets from Wendy's.
I've tried bites of McD's. BK, Taco Bell- all of them end being too greasy and give me stomach cramps.

Problem Foods:

Salmon - No matter how it's cooked I find it too dry and it hits my stomach like a bomb.
Nuts - More than 1 oz of nuts and I'm feeling pain. If I measure out the serving it's no problem
Black and White Cookie - Just takes 2-3 bites to upset my stomach.
Succotash (Corn & Endaname Beans) - Terrible gas pains and I've never suffered from gas.

Everything else has been fine. I do not eat bread, rice or pasta so I don't know how I would fare with those but I'm still losing so not inclined to try any of them.

I've done ok with french fries like the value serving of seasoned fries at Arbys.
