Hi

Was just wondering if anyone else had to do this, I need to take them once a day for 2 weeks to avoid bloodclots.

Thanks!

I was given heperin injections every 8 hours while I was in the hospital, but not afterwards.

Congratulations on your surgery. I wish you the best of health and success.

Same here, One shot when I was checked in...  I got shots in the hospital, but once I went home no more.

 Hi.
I'm still pre-op, but have already been told I'll have to have them.
Especially as I'm going to Mexico and will have to fly home.
Don't like shots, but it's a small price to pay.
