Well maybe I dont feel thin per se....but I dont feel obese anymore. Something happened this weekend, it just suddenly clicked. I felt smaller. My head caught up with my body. And after going from a 24 to an 8....and a 2x to a S/M....its about time I stopped feeling so large!

I had really stalled during Dec/Jan. I followed a food plan and cooked from a few cook books for week 34 and wow, lost 2 pounds. I didnt think I could lose that much in one week this far out and this close to goal. Week 35 was down 1 pound. Only 6.5 to goal. Woohoo! And Im like...1.5 pounds away from being "normal"

Heres my video for those who watch. I appreciate your comments! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0b4wpZyDWbU

Congrats! I can't wait to be you!!!!

It's funny, when I get dressed in the am, my XL sweatshirts are big...but I can't see buying smaller ones yet. Winter should be over soon...(with luck). I was at the mall just looking at things and it's funny how my eyes take me to XL rack! But I know that I won't be looking there in a few months!

I can't wait to be normal!!!

Congratulations on a new mind set!  You look GREAT!!!

I still feel quite large some days and feel that the size 8's look huge (exactly like my old 22's and 24's).  One thing that helped me was cleaning my closet and looking at some of those larger sizes and realizing that my clothes really have gotten smaller, it's not just vanity sizing.

Excellent job on your journey...I've never commented, but your videos were a great motivator for me.  Thank you!

You know, I have been experiencing the same phenomenon...I am wearing 10's now and they still look huge in my eyes.  The only thing that looks small is my biking jacket and I am constantly amazed that I fit in it and it isn't tight.

You Look FANTASTIC...!!!!

I look around in restaurants (and other places) as well, and I think to myself...Did I just not notice before how many people are obese or are my eyes just now seeing it for the first time...?
I think you said it best, I'm no longer fitting in...in the same catagory...
But my heart goes out to everyone and I just want to go up to everyone and say, I know something that will TRULY HELP you get a better quality of life...of course, I would never do that, but my heart wants to HELP....I'm still obese, but I will be overweight in 7 more pounds, I believe it is...Still another 44 pounds to go before I'm at goal....

I don't ever want to lose my compassion, for those, that are Where I was, Where I am, and that will always be a little part of  my life...

Thank you, for sharing your story...
You have done so well...Congratulations, sweetheart...

I definitely want to help people....its weird being on the "other side." I dont want to forget the pain I went thru being there...getting there...coming down from there...because that keeps you motivated!
