was told no dumping w/sleeve!
Anyone can dump even someone who has never had WLS so it *could* be dumping. But dumping when you have a pylorus valve is very, very rare. It's more likely the food didn't agree with you. Our sleeves can get grumpy early out and finicky.
Also, it could be your gallbladder. People often have attacks after eating something high in fat, like ice cream.
It still could be lactose intolerance as well. Lactose intolerance can be irregular too. I can drink 2 oz. of milk but not more but I can have cheese, yogurt, etc. OTOH, sometimes my protein shakes, which supposedly don't have lactose in them, give me stomach cramps. Plus, I can have ice cream and frozen yogurt sometimes but not others. It just kind of depends on how my sleeve is feeling that day.

Like MacMadame mentioned, it IS possible to have dumping even if you've never had surgery, but it is VERY unlikely. More likely is that your body just plain doesn't like that crap anymore and isn't used to it because you're no longer eating it all the time. When Iw as pre-op, I ate a LOT of fast food. During weight loss attempts, I would, of course, cut it out cold turkey. I could go a couple of months without any at all, and then I might "treat" myself with just a Happy Meal, and BAM! Cramps, bloating, diarrhea, gas...it was awful! Because my body had adjusted to a life WITHOUT that crap, and it didn't want it anymore!
