Low Carb bread, tortillas.
Some people don't understand the difference between "low carb" and "no carb"
Every plan is different and they always base their lecturing base on the one they follow.
My plan let me have white rice, bread, pasta and tortilla 30 days out. they are just saying that "you eat protein first" then when there's enough room go eat the rest. well, i make sure i have room for my carbs lol!
If they let you eat some bread or "some carbs" i don't see why low carb tortilla is not allowed...they don't have to put the exact words in the paper, just common sense.
Heck, i eat rice 3 times a day and still losing weight too fast and now have to slow it down.
