Tell me your list of slider foods
it's interesting that somethings on people's lists are NOT slider foods for me. like cheese, beans, fries, chips, nuts and seeds.
mine are crackers, cereal and popcorn.

I see a lot of people listed candy as a slider.....I am so glad that candy is actually NOT a slider for me. I can't eat it at all. I'm on my period, and I ate a chocolate chip...one chocolate chip and it did not sit well in my stomach, it did not even taste good....I'm so relieved about that! Hopefully, this means that one more demon has been layed to rest!

Yea cheese........me too. That seems to be weird because it's protein dense, but I think i could eat a brick of the stuff no problem......but I mix it with meat and do OK that way. I ate string cheese alone and never got full. That's when I knew it was a slider.
