I know what you are talking about and yes I know for me I go through this when I don't eat enough or too much. I also believe like the others water gain my advice is to not pay attention to the scale for about a week because if you are like me I use to  everyday.

Miss. DeeLove, yes I look at the scale everyday and I got so frustrated with what I have been seeing.  Im going to take your advice and lay off the scale for awhile.  I just get upset because I thought I already lost those pounds that are hunting me again.  O'well I guess it will get better! Thanks for the advice!

Our bodies are weird and already freaked out.

I got a "Biggest Losers" scale from Academy Sporting goods, it's a nice scale that'll do a "body read" and tell you your fa****er, muscle percentages, your BMI, and your caloric intake to maintain your current weight.

It's only $30.00 and probably uses conventional height/weight/sex/activity rate info to show you those pecentages, however whenever I see an increase in weight I pay attention to the percentages to show me what's going on.  Since I started lifting weights I've gained almost ten pounds, muscle and water percentages have increased while fat decreased.

All you have to do is follow the game plan and your body will re-freak out and keep losing. :)

Ok, i know i am late in responding, but i feel you.  I actually stalled for almost 15 days.  During that time, I went up and down between 220 and 224...no matter what i did....expect exercise.  I have to be totally honest...i haven't seen the gym since i had the surgery....bad idea!  Maybe your body is just adjusting or it is time for your cycle.
Increase your exercise, increase your water, keep to the plan...i think it takes time for the body to adjust.  Once i started exercising again regularly, i started dropping drastically again (5 lbs in a week) - so maybe that will help....Good luck, keep us updated!
