Does anyone take Biotin?   What brand?   Chewable?
What about calcium w/ D - what tastes ok and is chewable?
I am doing ok with the Flintstones w/ Iron for a multi-vitamin, so hopefully that won't change after surgery.

I  take Celebrate Calcium PLUS 500 Chewable (Berries & Cream) and Nature's Way Biotin -- 1000 mcg - 100 Lozenges, that melt under your tounge.

in conjunction with the Celebrate Multi-Complete (Forest Berry) and their
B-12 Sublingual Quick-melt (Cherry) I get all my vitamins and minerals without anything tasting bad or upsetting my new stomach.

they are a tad bit expensive, but they are well worth it with the flavor and the ease of disgestion.

39 lbs pre surgery weightloss... slowly, but surely getting there!
