feeling excited... with the NUT changes..
Hey Romi,
I saw my Nut yesterday and she said to up my calories too! I told her that I don't think I can lol. I also questioned about Carbs. I told her that on average I was eating around 60 grms a day (lots of milk) and I wanted to know if I should eat less. She said NO, that I was not anywhere close to having too much! I can not believe it!! Oh and to try to eat my veggies for carbs since I am now working out!
I am glad you broke your stall and it looks like you will be at your goal in no time!

I'm glad you found something that works for you. I am one of those people that CAN'T eat carbs. I'm extremely sensitive to them. This is just another one of those things that shows everybody is different. Stalls or plateus (as everybody else but the WLS community calls them, LOL, I hate both terms) are a natural but extremely frustrating part of the weight loss process. I just came off a month long stall without changing a thing in my diet. Go figure.

Well, I KNOW I am, LOL. Less than 50 grams a day anyway. I do get my carbs from milk products and some vegetables. Most veggies don't trigger my carb craving if I keep them in strict moderation (can't do potatoes though, those are my kryptonite). I'm super carb sensitive, always have been which is bad news when you're a carb addict.
Just goes to show there's no one size fits all plan though, doesn't it? It's no wonder the sleeve 'diet' isn't standardized. How could it be?
Anyway, I'm happy for you. Glad you found something that worked. I know how frustrating it can be.
