Yummy Costco find
There are days that I missing having some bread w/all this protein. Found these and thought I would share:
Sante Fe Tortilla Company's Homestyle Whole Grain Tortillas
1 tortilla = 100 calories
Total Fat = 3.5g
Cholesterol = 0
Sodium = 490g
Carbs = 13g
Fiber = 7g
Protein = 8g
And the best part? They taste great! They stay fresh for a long time and I've really been enjoying them. Last night, I got a 1/2 lb bacon cheese burger w/ fried onions from one of our favorite places. Ditched the bun, cut the burger in half and wrapped it in one of these tortillas. Was only able to eat 1/2 (I'm 3 mo's out). It was sooooo good and doesn't kill ur carb count for the day! I'm going to try to make some Eggface pizzas with these too :)
