Peanut Butter Banana Happiness

The daycare kids are totally bananaed out… and its only Tuesday! HaHa … and Tomorrow… Frozen Bananas… And Thursday? Banana Sauce …. and Friday…. Banana peanut butter and Raisin Sandwiches… LOL Good Times … yes Good Times….

Oh Nutella... yum.  I have surgery on Monday and am seriously thinking about buying my last jar tonight and having my beloved bagels with nutella every meal until Friday when I start the preop diet!  Ugh, I've gained 8 pounds since my consult eating everything I won't be eating, at least not for quite a while. 

I got a cooking after weight loss surgery for dummies book and it has some great recipes. One of them is you take peanut butter and honey and melt in microwave and then stir in cut up bananas. I have been starting almost everyday that way since I read it.

I rolled a banana in a low-carb flat out bread, covered with PB and some honey

PB2, chocolate protein, frozen banana.....

Yummmm....
