BCBS needs my 6 month supervised diet , but i only have 2 month in 2009, 3 month in 2010 and 1 in 2011

Some BCBS have changed that requirement so that it is no longer needed. Call CS and see!

I have BCBS of Illinois and was told it was now "prequalification only" which means if doc says its needed and safe. So cheer up grasshopper, all is not lost!!

I also have BCBS and I didn't have to do a 6month supervised diet either. Pray on it, and it will all won't out. Most of all please don't be discouraged
(PS - YOU CAN DO IT!!!)

I have BC/BS of Texas and they only required 3 visits with a NUT over a two month period and a letter from my PCP saying I have repeatedly tried and failed at numerous diets over the past year. I didn't have any problems getting approved.
