Did you know you can make your own Greek Yogurt?  Simple, buy whatever plain yogurt you want (I buy cheap) then line a large strainer (not a collander but the wire mesh type strainer) with a paper towel and dump the yogurt in on top of the paper towel.  Put the strainer in a bowl, elevated a few inches above the bowl so the liquid that drains out of the yogurt (whey) will be caught in the bowl.  Leave it in the refrigerator over night and the next day you will have thick, rich and good tasting Greek Yogurt.  Just put it in a  plastic container or back into the yogurt container you took it out of, put the lid on it and you are ready to use it.  You can either take the whey liquid which is also protein rich and use it in your protein shakes or toss it out.  This is how Greek Yogurt is made, and you have cut out the middleman that charges you for the brandname and the draining process...

I took about a cup of plain Greek yogurt and mixed in a box of sugarfree instant pudding in cheesecake flavor and about half a tub of sugarfree coolwhip.  I just stirred it all together and it tastes like a thick, creamy cheesecake.  I topped it with Torani sugarfree raspberry syrup and it was delicious!

My current favorite is the 0% Fage with a packet of Splenda and cinnamon.
LOVE the Chobani Vanilla too.

I'm eh with it.  I'm pretty picky about my brands, too.  I highly do not recommend the Oikos brand - blargh, it makes me sick and I don't know why!  I tried it, got sick, tried it a few months later - bleh again.  But other brands I tolerate just fine.  But taste-wise, I'm brand picky.  But it's so great with the protein, def give it a go, and try other brands if you're not feelin' it.
I recently tried Icelandic Skyr and that was pretty darn weird - but the flavors were so enticing! Trying new stuff is yayee! Give it a go ;)
