How to update Ticker?

I can see my updated Ticker but in my profile and signature it isn't update. Any suggestions?

i had the same problem so you have to go to you signature and erase the old one then go to the health ticker and make sure it says to include it in your signture. For some reason it keeps the old one there and it only holds so much. hope this works there is a little note about it under the health tracker part
