Donna - you rock!  Doing what you've done in the conditions you describe is an incredible success story; and a wonderfully honest one, too.  None of us are perfect and we have to give ourselves a little lattitude for slipping sometimes, right.  "Not much exercise," you say?  Come on, with the life you live, I'll bet your churning them fat cells into oblivion at a pretty good clip.  Much to admire in your common-sense tale, kiddo.  Congrats and best wishes as you continue your journey.

I needed to read something encouraging like this.  I too was over 300 lbs and wondered if someone of my size can get to goal with the VSG.  I gotta be honest most of the goalers I see out there are in the 200s.  And it concerns me that I might not reach being as heavy as I am.  But your success is inspiring, I hope I can come as far as you have in 11 months time. Congrats on your success.
~ Elena.
