Hi, old-timer, have you looked at the VSG maintenance group yet?  It's a great group of vets that support each other.  I love the lever of knowledge and understanding that you find there.  Check it out, it's a pretty active group.

 My doctor has approved them on occasion for things like headaches and cramps.  He just wants me not to take them too often so now I have to really think if I need it that badly.
