Got up today went to the gym. Did my workout came home feeling blue. I have no idea why. I love my sleeve but am tired of watching ever little food and crab that goes in my mouth. It is much easier to just not eat today.

Has this happened to others out there just sick of watching what and when you eat???

My surgeon gave me the tool. Now it is up to me to use it right.

Yes, there are days when food just doesn't sound attractive.  I usually end up drinking more those days - protein drinks, coffee, water, tea.  It passes.

If I have a day feeling like that I try to think what has changed.  Usually as I look back for a week or more I've gotten slack in getting all my protein in and/or have not had enough water.  Maybe it's my imagination, but I don't think so 'cause as soon as I get vigilant again I feel great.

You look amazing, BTW.  New avatar photo, yes?

Yes I can sure get sick of counting the calories carbs proteins and none of what I eat truly gives me a happy feeling.Food isn't for pleasure anymore...its just for energy. And I do sometimes just have liquids because I dont feel like counting or making my silly little portion.I am still restricted in what I eat, so until May 12th I won't e having small servings of what everyone else has, within reason of coarse.

I agree. I thought a habit was supposed to be formed in something like 21 days. I still don't have those good habits of drinking enough water, and it's a tedious process to log all my food. Some days it's such a chore! I think it's normal. You're not alone!
